In order to RSVP, all deposits must be receipted at central office and permission forms turned in by Wednesday, June 18.

Choose Dates of activities you wish to attend and mark them on the permission form.

June 25 - Santa Rosa Wibit $10, @ Santa Rosa Leave 9 am, return 6 pm

July 2 - Isotopes Game $10, @ Albuquerque Leave 10:30 am, return 5pm

July 9 – Cool Springz & Icon Theater San Mateo $20 - in Albuquerque, Leave 9 am, return 5pm

July 18 - Main Event $20 in Albuquerque Leave 9 am, return 6 pm

This year we are only allowing 80 people (72 students, 8 chaperones) to attend each events–first come first served. Reservations are required and a 50% deposit to hold each reservation, at least 2 weeks in advance. Deposits must be made at central office. There will be no refunds.

ONLY students registered in Estancia Municipal Schools will be allowed to attend and children under the age of 8 will not be allowed to attend unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Estancia Municipal Schools will require 1 adult chaperone per 10 students.  All chaperones will need to do a background and fingerprinting check before attending trips. These forms may be picked up at Superintendent’s office, Monday thru Thursday. Please, if you plan to attend these events, get your forms completed and submitted as soon as possible.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the field trip and parents will be required to pick up their child
